we have also a sub-factory in YangZhou, Jiangsu province.
and we now have more than 10000 square meters of factory building and more than 600 skilled workers, with the following departments:
1. braiding deparment
With more than 2000 braiding machines, we braid more than 100 million
yards of elastics and cords every year, and we are making millions of
elastic stretch loops every year
2. ribbon-weaving department
we now have 42 high-speed weaving looms, three beaming machines, two ironing and finishing machines. and one high-temperature continuous dyeing machine will be set up this month. we can make all kinds of metallic ribbon, plaid ribbon, gingham ribbon , polyester grosgrain ribbon,
wired edeg woven ribbon, cotton twill ribbon, sheer ribbon, nylon and polyester satin ribbon. also with our own handwork department in our factory, we can make all those ribbons into all kinds of ribbon bows.
3. sewing department
with more than 200 sewing machines now, we make about 30 million pieces
of variours gift pouches every year especially the organza gift pouches.
we have also set up our silk-screen department, which enables us to
provide the customers good quality printing and also quick samplings.
we can also hot-stamp, or embroider or flock customer's logos on the
gift pouches.
4. Tassel department
With many cord machines, we make more than 10 million pcs of tassels
every year
5. handwork department
with more than 600 skilled workers, we make large quantities of pull
bows, ribbon bows, curly bows, mini bows, cinch bows, elastic stretch loops,
barbed elastic loops, barbed ribbon strips or loops and etc.
